How to get to Nantucket
Nantucket is accessible by plane direct from Boston, Providence (seasonal), New Bedford, or Hyannis. Contact Island Air or Cape Air for schedules/rates.

Two ferries service the island. Both depart from docks in Hyannis. The Steamship Authority (SSA) has regularly scheduled car ferry service year-round (2 hours 15 minutes) as well as faster service (55 minutes) via their high-speed catamaran, The Flying Cloud. Hy-line also runs ferry service to Nantucket. Year round service is available on its high-speed boat, The Grey Lady (55 minutes). Seasonally, regular ferries run 3 times per day, taking an hour fifty minutes dock to dock. For schedules/rates/reservations see contact information below.

#7 Nickanoose Way is conveniently located .8 miles from Nantucket town center and only 2 miles on the bike path from Surfside Beach. The house is nestled in a lovely cul-de-sac, located in the Nashaquisset community. You are also in convenient walking distance from a shopping area including a grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants – including the best donuts in the world! (Downy Flake, for those who know!) A children's playground is but a 5-minute walk from the house.
