Weekend April 25-27, 2008 $1000
Nantucket's traditional welcome to spring, when over 3 million daffodils
blooms and turn the countryside into a vivid yellow tapestry. Events
include the Annual Antique and Classic Car Parade, and the Annual Tailgate
Picnic, as well as activities such as hiking, fishing, bird watching,
and seal cruises.

35th Annual Christmas
Stroll December 5-7, 2008 $1000
Santa arrives on Saturday via a Coast Guard vessel and is escorted up Main Street in a horse-drawn carriage by the Town Crier. Carolers in Victorian costumes, bell ringers, student choirs and other musicians perform on the Main Street stage as well as stroll through town performing, all the while visitors can enjoy Nantucket’s unique shops and restaurants.For more information

Cancellation
policy:
Summer:
Cancellations at least 2 months in advance will qualify for full refund
less 15% penalty fee. Cancellations of at least 1 month but less than
2 months will be charged half of full rental fee. Cancellations of less
than 1 month will not be eligible for any refund unless the house is
re-rented. If so, owners will return half of the rental charge.
No refunds apply to rentals for seasonal/festival/wedding weekends.
